We strive to deliver the freshest flowers with love. Since flowers are perishable, we currently do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
However, if there’s any issue with your order (like wrong items, damage, or quality concerns), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

• Order was cancelled before dispatched or delivered.
• Delivery failed due to our mistake
• Product delivered was completely different or damaged

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
